When we finally ran out of from scratch brownies I made last week it was a dessert day at our house. I cheated with my favorite tricks on spicing up a box mix and made a delicious Lemon Bundt Cake. I used Duncan Hines lemon supreme mix, added a Jello lemon instant pudding mix, 1/3 a cup of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup melted Land O'Lakes salted butter, 4 large eggs and 2/3 C Fairlife milk plus a tsp of vanilla!
