
Granny Smith Coleslaw: same ingredients two different slaws.
I love coleslaw as a side dish when the weather warms up, who am I kidding, I love coleslaw all the time. I love making dishes that I can repurpose as well. This coleslaw recipe can work two different ways! First I make it as a vinegar based coleslaw. I use a coleslaw mix, fresh squeezed lemon juice, one thinly slice Granny Smith apple, half of a large or one medium sized whole red onion thinly sliced, apple cider vinegar and olive oil. I mix equal parts of vinegar and olive
